As hard drives get bigger and cloud storage gets cheaper downloading anything and everything has no consequence as we’re not likely to run out of space. 

However, this soon results in us getting overloaded.

We drop things onto our desktops to ‘come back to later’ but later never happens.

Everything we download goes into a downloads folder never to be seen again.

We have storage options in so many places it’s hard to keep track of what’s where.

And don’t even get me started on mobile phones!

This is something I make time for a few times a year, and in between times when I go through a big declutter, I have systems in place to make sure it doesn’t get too messy again.

We’re also going to go through a little mental and emotional declutter too, to make sure we’re not carrying any unnecessary baggage which could hinder our productivity. This includes removing negative self-talk and starting each week feeling super motivated and raring to go. 

Content Libraries:

And finally, I want to show you how you can create content libraries out of your blogs, social media posts, podcasts and videos to help you make the most out of the amazing content you create for your audience. 

A content library will help you re-use and re-purpose the content you’ve spent time creating so you’re making the most out of your primary business asset, which is your knowledge.
